damn.i met goal one but not goal 2.jus a lil bit more.my hands r still flyin all over the place.like matrix effect lydat.mie ankle is stil droppin.theres liek this lump on the part i keep wackin against the hurdle.think one toe is goin to drop off soon.ahs!niwae was readin ppls' blogs n it jus states tt they are pukin blah blah blah.how hard their trainin is.but i guess its the quality tt counts.not the quantity.i duno la.hahas.hopefully ill improve by leaps n bounds aft this holiday.there aint much hope individually of achievin a medal.buti tink the relay team can make wonders again.over coming all odds.its tough.but u never noe.some "wonders" might happen again.its jus whether u believe u can do it or not!I CAN!

wa.the past week has been fast n furious.hahas.okae its been great las.the weekends are finally coming!yay.hahas.but it jus means tt nats n block test 2 n prelims n a levels are jus drawin nearer.sian haf mans.hafta plan well or else ill screw up mie life.hahas.niwae trainin has been damn shiok.feel damn motivated n on the right track.its good to haf someone u don like to push u all the way.hahas.oh wells.gotta also say tt the coach's not bad las.alto his trainin abit not tuff.hahas.not tt if its tuff i can take it la.hahas.but at least he's dedicated.hahas.mie impression of him has certainly changed frm the day he came.yeah.hope he can help me bring down mie timings.reallie aft wot he told me.im quite motivated and encouraged.yeah.lookin foward to mie first 110h race toms!.woah.hahas.primary aim <17 secondary 16.5 hahas.lastly.thank "u" hahas. :)
