what ive trained for the past 2 yrs have ended.got a 7th.was quite disappointed la.but not bad la.its the first time in my life i contributed pts individually.remarkable achievement.left with 4x100 on nxt wed.its been so long since i last ran at national stadium on finals.tink it was sec 2?really hope can end it off with a high note.i want the gold.i know we can do it.i think overall the guys hafta settle for 4th le.yeah.quite alot of setbacks and unexpected results.yup.hahas.but the gurls are quite poor thing la.jus hope tt they can beat rj and get first. yeap.this yr like rj keep winnin everything.hopefully it will stop here.yeah.anyway there was nth much to do today.jus sleepin n watchin tv.doesnt sound like prelims are coming huh?!i also duno la.im still not in the mood to study.got tons to catch up on.but i tink ill leave all that to aft nationals la.the past week has been hectic.really hectic.think never in my life have i ran 3 races in a single day b4.i hope tt ill end of nats with a medal.a memorable one.and thruout this borin sat.i like think what it will be like tt i finally "retired".its quite sad la.2 yrs in hc track has certainly meant alot to me and it certainly is a different xperience from cathigh.ok.shall leave more reflection til after nationals end.watch out.
